At Catforth, we have a passion for history and historical enquiry. We teach history as part of our topic weeks, which take place in the middle week of every half term, giving us more time devoted to the subject. This means we link the subject with an art or DT project, as well as our wider curriculum. We take an enquiry based approached to history, providing the children with both primary and secondary sources so that they are able to conduct their own research and ask and answer historical questions.
